Parents must always supervise their child. Shoes are not permitted in the plays space children and adults MUST WEAR SOCKS in the play space. Must be accompanied by an adult in café. All food must be eaten in café only. No outside food (only when renting the party room). Play space is designated for ages 0-8 years old.

The deposit is non-refundable, but you may reach out to reschedule depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

No more than 3 children per adult. Please watch our social media pages for any closings due to private events. Reserving the entire facility is available upon request. Please call to talk to The Playroom staff, who can assist with all necessary accommodations.

The package includes up to 24 kids for 2-2.5 hours of fun depending on the selected package. If you have more than 24 children, you can add additional kids for $10 per child for open play access. Please note that extra plates, cups, or party settings will not be provided for additional children.

There is no cap on adults. Feel free to invite as many adults as you’d like to join the fun!

Yes! Outside food is welcome. You are welcome to bring your own snacks, cake, or treats. (Please note that we do provide catering services if you would like us to handle all your party food needs)

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

• Once booked, you will receive confirmation and all relevant details for your party.

• Yes, this is a no-shoe facility. All guests, both children and adults, are required to remove their shoes upon entering the party room.

• Grippy socks are required for safety and comfort.

• We suggest including this in your invitations to help guests prepare.

• If anyone forgets their socks, they can be purchased for $2 at the venue.

You are allotted 30 minutes of complimentary setup time prior to the start of your scheduled party. For example, if your party begins at 3:00 PM, you may arrive as early as 2:30 PM to begin setting up. Please note that early access is based on availability. In cases where parties are scheduled back-to-back, access to the room may not be available until your designated party start time.

Yes! The Adventure package is ideal for parents who want to personalize the party space themselves. You are welcome to bring your own decorations and party supplies to match your theme.

You can add additional children for $10 per child for open play access. However, extra plates, cups, or party settings will not be provided for these extra children.

Yes! Our team will help ensure everything runs smoothly, including setting up your décor, handling the set-up and cleanup, and assisting with any other needs you may have during the event. Based on the party Package booked

Absolutely! Our package includes themed décor of your choice. When booking please be as specific as possible so that we may match your vision.

• The total time combined is 2 hours. You can split this time however you prefer between an open play and the party room. For example, you can have 1 hour of open play and 1 hour in the party room, or divide the time differently based on your needs. You will have access to both during your entire 2 hours. After your party you and your guest will have to exit the facility unless the extended open play time has been purchased

• Private Ultimate Explorer Kids Party Package: will allow you a total of 2.5 hours that can also be split however you see fit as well.

No alcohol is permitted on the premises. We ask that all guests adhere to our policy for the safety and comfort of everyone attending.

• For the Adventure Party Package and Explorer Party Package, the public will still have access to the open play area during your event. However, the private party room will be reserved exclusively for your party.

• If you're looking for a completely private event with no public access, please consider our Private Ultimate Explorer Kids Party Package, which offers exclusive use of the entire facility

Yes, you can add additional time to your party for $55 per hour, provided that the time slots are available.

Yes, we can provide balloon services starting at $75, depending on your specific needs. Please reach out to our team before booking so we can discuss your vision and ensure we meet your expectations.

We recommend booking your party at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow adequate time for planning and preparation. Parties booked within two weeks of the event date are subject to a $55 rush fee, which will be added to your selected package. This fee helps cover expedited shipping costs for any necessary supplies.
