Service Description

Private Event: The entire facility can be reserved exclusively for your party, including the private party room. 2.5 hours of access to the private room and open play for up to 24 kids to enjoy. Your child and their friends will have an unforgettable time! Duration: Enjoy 2.5 hours with open play access, allowing up to 24 Friends to join in the fun. We will assist with cleanup 5-10 minutes before the end of party time. Decorations: This package is Ideal for parents who want us to handle All decoration to any theme of choice 30 minutes of complimentary setup time before the party starts. Please note that early access is based on availability. In cases where parties are scheduled back-to-back, access to the room may not be available until your designated party start time. Party Essentials We Provide: We’ll provide all the essentials for your party, including: Themed backdrop with balloons to create a visually stunning atmosphere. Themed candy bags (candy not included) for guests to take home as party favors. (Please drop off all candy the week of party day, so staff can load all bags prior) Themed centerpiece(s) to tie the décor together and enhance the theme. Cups, plates, napkins, cutlery and tablecloths Food & Beverage: Your package includes 4 large pizzas and lemonade for up to 24 kids. You may choose from a selection of Cheese or Pepperoni, and we'll handle the rest! Outside food is allowed Additional Children: If you have more than 24 children, you can add additional children for $10 per child for open play access. This can be paid during the party. Please note: Extra plates, cups, or party settings will not be provided for additional children. No Shoe Facility: This is a no-shoe facility. Children and adults are required to remove their shoes before entering the facility. Grippy socks are required for safety and comfort. To help prepare your guests, we recommend adding this information to your invitation. Socks will be available for purchase at the venue for $2 if anyone forgets to bring their own. Unlimited Adults: There is no cap on the number of adults who can attend the party. Feel free to invite as many adults as you’d like! Booking & Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. *Parties booked within two weeks of the event date are subject to a $55 rush fee, which will be added to your selected package. This is due on day of party.*
